Newbrier Continues to Create Value for Clients and Introduces “Bottom Line Simplicity”
Carlise, Pennsylvania - March 2, 2009 – Newbrier LLC today announced a bold fee structure allowing clients to decide their invoice total in a solution called “Bottom Line Simplicity”. With a mission to create value through productivity, Bottom Line Simplicity ensures Newbrier delivers tangible results to the clients it serves.
Commenting on the new fee structure Newbrier’s Chief Business Architect, G.W. Brickner said “Bottom Line Simplicity aligns our interest with the clients and reaffirms our core beliefs in fairness and simplicity. Even with the weakness in the economy I am still confident that Newbrier is able to deliver exceptional value for our clients and know they will not hesitate to share that value to compensate us for our services. I have never wanted a client to pay more than what they feel is fair relative to the value we created and now we are ensuring this alignment by letting the client write the total on the invoice.”
Bottom Line Simplicity is congruent with Newbrier core principles of Excellence, Simplicity, Fair, Efficiency, People, and Fun. True to its name this fee structure is simple in two parts; An $1,750 engagement fee and a performance based success fee which the client chooses. Applicable to all of Newbrier’s professional services, the client will choose a fair amount for the success fee based on the value Newbrier created for their organization.
“Many professional service firms create impressive management theory, create many powerpoint presentations, create lots of reports, and create a big invoice for their firm; yet they do not create any lasting value for their clients. Newbrier has never been that firm because we live by our core principles and Bottom Line Simplicity will keep us true to ourselves and more importantly hold us accountable to our clients.” said Brickner.
